The Shareholders and Directors of Fendercare Marine are committed to minimising environmental impact and preventing pollution which arise as a consequence of the company’s activities as follows:

• Fabrication, hire, refurbishment and testing of fenders and hoses
• Sales and administration of group activities
• We aim to comply with the spirit and intent, as well as the letter, of environmental law and other regulations, to which Fendercare and its partners subscribe
• We undertake to not only implement measures which prevent pollution, but also continually improve our environmental performance, whilst also making aware and encouraging all parties associated with the company to consider how they affect the environment
• These objectives will be reviewed in the light of stakeholder feedback, periodic audits and reviews of the environmental management system. This policy is published on the company's web site, and our progress reported back to staff
• This policy will be reviewed in light of ongoing developments and maintained by the Environmental Manager. Staff advising of ways in which we can improve environmental performance will assist this process
