In order that the above objectives can be met, Fendercare Marine is committed to complying with and continually improving the effectiveness of its quality management system. In so doing, the company shall comply with relevant statutory and safety requirements, ensure that its staff are competent to perform their duties, and that the infrastructure and work environment are appropriate.

The Quality Policy and associated Quality Objectives shall be reviewed periodically and improvements and changes incorporated to ensure continuing suitability. In all cases, managers shall ensure that details are communicated to, and understood by, all members of staff.
